Code for America hosted an event for local community members to brainstorm and network with others, help build applications based on South Bend city data, and write content for a South Bend local wiki. The event included presentations by the three Code for America fellows: Tamara Manik-Perlman, Dave Guarino, and Reed Duecy Gibbs.  Other Code Across America events were being held simultaneously in 21 other cities.
